NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, will train the right person.
Potential to increase up to $26.00/hr.
Part-time to start, with an irregular, project-based schedule.
Typically 20-30 hours a week, some weeks may be more during busier periods.
We cannot offer set schedules at this time due to the nature of the work.
2-3 years minimum experience in all aspects of stripping and waxing and other VCT maintenance, over 5 years experience is preferred.
Team Lead experience is helpful.
Must be able to get along with a variety of field staff personalities.
Must have excellent customer-facing skills and neat, hygienic presentation.

Carpet and Upholstery cleaning knowledge + solid experience with truckmount and portable carpet cleaning equipment is not necessary, but is a big asset.
Opportunities may come up to increase your total hours when we have non-floor care cleaning work available and require extra support staff to get those jobs done.
Our work is project-based + we book jobs around our client’s schedules.

GENERAL LABORERS ****PROJECT SPECIALISTS**** ($20.00+/HR)
General Laborer / Project Specialist / Floor Care Tech positions offer room to grow and gain additional skills.
W-2 Employee positions. Bi-weekly pay (every 2 weeks).
Start at $20.00/hr, NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
Potential to earn up to $26.00/hr with skill development.
Our work is very physical and can be very dirty at times.
Floor Care Technicians skilled in VCT stripping + waxing, scrubbing concrete floors, and/or carpet cleaning with truckmount units have solid potential to earn more after a proofing / probationary period.
Start pay depends on experience. Potential increases with reliable attendance, proven work habits, the ability to work independently. Bonus points if you can lead a team.
These positions average 20 – 30+ hours a week, some weeks can be up to 40 hours with periodic overtime during busy periods.
Overtime is paid at time and a half after 40 hours.
Your work days + times will vary due to the nature of our work (days, nights, weekends, full days, or short days).

Project Persons work on these types of projects:
Industrial Cleaning – We work in shops, factories, and warehouses cleaning walls, ceilings, and equipment
Industrial Painting – Painter’s Helper (prep, clean-up, some minor painting)
Floor Stripping and Scrubbing – Commercial and Industrial floor cleaning and refinishing (stripping and waxing VCT)
Carpet Cleaning – Commercial and Residential carpet cleaning
Line Striping – Painting lines and markings on parking lots
Other job requirements:
You must have reliable transportation.
You must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record.
You must be able to work a flexible schedule with some nights and weekends.
You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. or more and stoop, stand, kneel, and reach for long periods of time.
A Chauffers drivers license is a plus.
PARKING LOT STRIPERS / PAVEMENT PAINTERS (Experienced – $20 to $25/HR)
Hiring experienced parking lot line stripers and pavement markers to join our busy crew for the 2023 season.
The ultimate focus for these positions is Reliability, Quality, Speed, and Safety with NO GO-BACKS.
Other responsibilities include maintaining + cleaning the equipment and work vehicles and providing the required information on job completion in a timely manner.
Must be very experienced with restripes and striping after sealcoating. Being proficient with new layouts and reading blueprints must for foremen.
These positions require driving a box truck with a lift gate.
Our striping division operates out of the company warehouse and garage located in Waterford, Michigan in Oakland County.
We service all of Southeast Michigan on a regular basis and other cities within the state of Michigan on a periodic basis.
1 – 3 full seasons as a professional pavement marker required, pay ranges from $20 – $26/hr for experienced striping laborers to crew leaders.
Strong candidates that demonstrate high productivity and leadership skills have the potential to fast-track and become a crew leader / foreman.
Foremen-level experience earns more at $20 – $26/hr depending on years of experience and is subject to a probation period to proof out high-level experience.
Uniforms required, free uniforms provided.
Biweekly pay (every 2 weeks), overtime paid after 40 hours.
Very flexible schedule / open availability required, including working late nights and weekends with, quite often, short-notice mobilizations.
These positions may also require fill-in work within other company services when and where needed (non-negotiable).
These are SEASONAL positions. Moving into a Project Person role or Project Manager position after the striping season ends may be a possibility depending on the company’s needs at the end of the season and the employee’s overall performance.
INDUSTRIAL / MACHINE PAINTER (3-5 yrs min. exp. – $20-$30/HR)
Painters with at least 3-5 years of strong INDUSTRIAL / MACHINE painting experience.
Will accept previous commercial experience depending on work history and experience with previous projects.
Opportunity for growth and increases with proven painting skills, production output levels, and keeping jobs on or ahead of schedule.
Project management, estimating, and supply tracking experience a big plus, but not necessary.
