Darren Klein founded A Klein Company over thirty-five years ago as a college student looking for a way to pay for school. Armed with a floor buffer, a Pontiac LeMans, and a belief in doing things the right way, Darren spent his nights and weekends tackling any job that came his way – from painting private residences to cleaning movie theatres.
Soon, Darren realized that he was not just running a side hustle – he was building a business. He, along with his wife Susan, decided to quit their day jobs and fully commit to building A Klein Company together. It was not glamorous or easy, but through trial and error, they established themselves as experts in cleaning and refinishing commercial flooring – everything from vinyl tile to concrete.
Throughout the years, A Klein Company has continued to expand to meet the demands of the industry. Today, we specialize in cleaning commercial and industrial facilities, both large and small. We offer a wide range of services which include wall, ceiling, floor, and machinery cleaning, as well as painting. We are committed to handling the dirtiest of jobs, all while maintaining the safety and compliance standards of the industry.
What began as a one-man operation has grown into a thriving company with a dedicated team of professionals. And while we have brought on several talented individuals to help propel us toward the future, we remain a family company at heart. Darren and Susan remain at the helm with their daughter Christina working behind the scenes to provide personalized customer service. Every project, big or small, is approached with the same care and attention to detail that fueled our very first job.
